Year 2 SSC2: Student Selected Component (SSC)

Introduction
Year 2 SSCs offer more clinical choice, compared to Year 1, but with a similar degree of tutorial/lecture-based input. Students also have the option to undertake dissection (which is no longer a component of the core curriculum).
Students also have the opportunity to self organise their own SSC during the relevant SSC period, in an area that interests them and which they wish to explore further, indeed we encourage this approach.
In Year 2, students undertake three SSCs.
